Choose How You Look at Your Scars

From: CJ & Joy"I can choose to look at it as debilitating. I could choose to look at the suffering. I CHOOSE to look at that brain tumor as the greatest gift I've ever gotten because it made everything else possible."How often do we look at the scars in our lives with defeat? We get angry that we even have them. Our emotional and physical scars can weigh us down. However, Hamilton taught me that we can actually be thankful for our scars. They make us stronger. They prove God's faithfulness. It's our choice how we view them.
