It's about what you're pursuing and are you pursuing it for the right reasons... We go on the road a lot. We have to leave our families. It's just a tough thing.  And, if the goal of that is happiness, if it's blind ambition, then it hurts the people around you and doesn't get you where you want to go... I think faith leads to purpose and ambition leads to just more ambition... What are we really pursuing here? Is it the right thing? If it is the right thing, it can be amazing.
