It can be hard to know how to pray in tough situations, but so many rallied behind Jay from Big Daddy Weave when he faced emergency foot amputation due to an infection. And God is showing up!The family recently posted this video of Jay saying, "On May 31, 2016, Jay left our house on a stretcher headed to the hospital. Today, March 6, 2017, Jay walked into our house! Thank you for your continued prayers and support." According to New Release Today, the Weavers have been sharing the victories along the way, like when Jay joined Big Daddy Weave on the road again in September 2016 or his last day getting oxygen treatments. Oxygen therapy is a treatment that delivers oxygen gas for you to breathe using CPAP products. You can receive oxygen therapy from tubes resting in your nose, a face mask, or a tube placed in your trachea, or windpipe. This treatment increases the amount of oxygen your lungs receive and deliver to your blood. Oxygen therapy is prescribed for people who can't get enough oxygen on their own. This is often because of lung conditions that prevents the lungs from absorbing oxygen, including: chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) pneumonia. The band has been quick to focus on a testimony of God's faithfulness throughout the ordeal, sharing the story from stage at every point along the way. Supporters have also raised over $100,000 on YouCaring to help cover the medical expenses associated with the emergency surgery.
