1. He's gonna win this fight.
If seeing evil in the world has ever made you doubt, check out God's Word. God wins every time. "But thank God! He gives us victory over sin and death through our Lord Jesus Christ." (1 Cor. 15:57 NLT)2. His lies are strong.
Sometimes when we look at the devil's lies, our minds immediately compare them to our own strength and we get overwhelmed. Why do we forget? God is always bigger! "So we can say with confidence, 'The Lord is my helper, so I will have no fear. What can mere people do to me?'” (Hebrews 13:5 NLT)3. He has the power to hold you down.
No lie the devil tries to tell us has any power over us. God is right there holding us up. "For God has not given us a spirit of fear and timidity, but of power, love, and self-discipline." (2 Timothy 1:7 NLT) "Don’t be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be discouraged, for I am your God. I will hold you up with my victorious right hand." (Isaiah 41:10 NLT) Don't believe the lies. God's got this.
